CleanMails is an email warmup service that helps improve email deliverability and sender reputation by exchanging emails with other verified users in our network. We provide AI-powered email generation, deliverability tracking, and spam rate monitoring.

3. Account Requirements

To use CleanMails, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for legitimate email warmup purposes

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to send spam, unsolicited emails, or malicious content
  • Engage in any activity that could damage our network reputation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Network Quality Standards

We maintain a verified clean sender network. Accounts with persistent high spam rates (above acceptable thresholds) will be automatically suspended to protect network quality. We reserve the right to remove any account that violates our quality standards.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CleanMails are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

CleanMails is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to email deliverability issues or account suspensions by email providers.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our service or network.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
